We know that,

$Drift velocity = mobility * electric \; field$

$\therefore mobility =\frac{drift \; velocity}{electric\; field}$

$\therefore mobility =\frac{V_d}{E}$

$\therefore mobility =\frac{7.5 * 10^{-4}}{3*10^{-10}}$

$\therefore mobility =\frac{7.5 * 10^{-4-10}}{3}$

$\therefore mobility =\frac{7.5}{3} *10^{6}$

$\therefore mobility =2.5 *10^{6} \;m^2 V^{-1}s^{-1}$

The correct answer is option 'b'
